Personal Banker
Congressional Bank is currently looking for a Personal Banker with strong client services skills and the desire to increase the Bank’s deposit and loan base. This position is responsible for building relationships and providing expert financial advice and great service, while maintaining conformance with established Bank policies, procedures and objectives. Performs any functions, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers. A successful Personal Banker will hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year institution with at least two (2) years of experience in Banking or comparable professional setting.

Herndon Community Manager
