Senior Loan Administrator – Commercial Lending
The mission of a senior-level loan administrator is to work directly with the Vice President of Loan Administration to pre-close, analyze, originate, document, and monitor loans of area commercial organizations.  Additionally, the Administrator will devote a portion of his/her time to work directly with the upper management in providing various reports and tracking information as needed.


A successful Senior Loan Administrator will:

  • Communicate and coordinate with title and insurance companies to ensure all condition and requirements of loan are met
  • Act as a liaison between commercial lenders and loan processors in handling pre-closing up to closing and funding
  • Review preliminary appraisals, title reports, title policies, flood certifications, etc. to determine possible issues, and validate loan approval requirements
  • Validate loan documents prepared by outside counsel for accuracy
  • Submit completed file to processors for booking and funding, monitoring and overseeing the closing process


  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year, accredited institution
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in a Commercial Loan Documentation role
  • Highly motivated business professional, able to thrive in small-team environment
  • Knowledge of SBA loans and reviewing of legal documentation is preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
