Our ATMs at the Bethesda, DC and Herndon branches are currently unable to process deposits. Please utilize the night depository located next to the ATMs. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Effective February 1st, 2019. We will cash Congressional Bank checks for non-account holders up to $5,000.00. We will call the account owner or authorized signer to verify all checks presented by non-account holders.

To close the account, please print the Online CD Account Closing Form complete it, and send it through secure messaging in online banking, found under the “Customer Service” heading. You may also mail it to our office at 150 Elden Street Suite 170, Herndon, VA 20170.
