Online Banking Upgrade Notice
We will be upgrading our Cash Management, Personal and Business online banking platforms in August 2019. We ask you, our customer, to please ensure your contact information (best phone number to reach you, email address and address) is up to date. You may update your information via online banking, cash management, at any Congressional Bank location or contact us at 240-380-1235 M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm ET. Inaccurate contact information may result in the inability to access online banking after the upgrade. We will be reaching out in the near future with additional information and instructions.
If you wish to contact us about a maturing CD that was opened online, please call us at 703-796-9151 between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
To close the account, please print the Online CD Account Closing Form complete it, and send it through secure messaging in online banking, found under the “Customer Service” heading. You may also mail it to our office at 150 Elden Street Suite 170, Herndon, VA 20170.
