Charles joined Congressional Bank in 2019. He started his banking career at PNC in 2007 as a teller and in five years worked his way to Branch Manager. He has also worked for Capital One Bank and Old Line Bank, now WesBankco. He also has experience in accounting. His leadership and organizational skills help him serve his clients and the banking needs of the community. Charles loves to help people and make their daily lives easier. Charles graduated from University of Maryland, College Park with a Neurophysiology degree in 2003. He graduated from University of Maryland, College Park with a Finance and Economics degree in 2019.
