The Bank has a proven track record of lending to buyers, owners, and developers of commercial and residential real estate. We provide capital to qualified businesses and operators and typically lend between $500,000 and $10 million per individual transaction. The bank focuses on the following loan types:

  • Commercial Real Estate – Income-producing properties in stable locations throughout the greater Washington DC metropolitan area
  • Construction – Typically 20-unit projects and under or SFR’s, with a focus on Washington DC and the close-in suburbs.
  • Bridge Financings – Acquisition financing for commercial real estate projects in stable locations throughout the greater Washington DC metropolitan area.
  • Working Capital – The bank provides working capital loans to select longstanding businesses and depositors with a history of profitable operations. Loans are secured by all assets of the business and borrowing availability is based on eligible accounts receivables.
