- Commercial Real Estate – Income-producing properties in stable locations throughout the greater Washington DC metropolitan area
- Construction – Typically 20-unit projects and under or SFR’s, with a focus on Washington DC and the close-in suburbs.
- Bridge Financings – Acquisition financing for commercial real estate projects in stable locations throughout the greater Washington DC metropolitan area.
- Working Capital – The bank provides working capital loans to select longstanding businesses and depositors with a history of profitable operations. Loans are secured by all assets of the business and borrowing availability is based on eligible accounts receivables.
