Brittany Wismer

Brittany Wismer joined Congressional Bank in 2020 with 15 years of business development and client relations experience.  Brittany spent the last 5 years in the commercial real estate space, advising real estate investors in the financing of multifamily, retail and mixed-use assets as well as, the title and settlement business. She earned her Maryland Title Producer License, Virginia Real Estate Individual License and is a Notary in DC, MD and VA. She Graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Business.

Michael Molnar

Michael joined the bank in 2013 and served as the Community Manager for Potomac, Maryland and surrounding area. He later became the bank’s first Premier Banker, managing a portfolio of clients with complex banking needs. Prior to joining Congressional Bank, Michael served as a banker in the Potomac community for nearly 10 years and has worked with a variety of businesses and professionals, helping them with their banking and providing them service which exceeds their expectations. Michael graduated from University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Sat Ouannou

Sat joined the bank in 2015. He brings to Congressional Bank more than 14 years of financial services and management experience. Sat enjoys helping business owners by identifying all needed banking resources and delivering them to their door steps. He streamlines clients’ banking needs in order to increase their productivity. Sat has tremendous knowledge about business accounts & loans, treasury management, merchant services, consumer accounts & loans, investments and mortgages. Before joining Congressional Bank, Sat was with Key Bank, SunTrust, RBS, Citizens Financial Group and US Trust. Sat is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He speaks fluent French and Spanish.

Bobbie Hall

Bobbie joined Congressional Bank in July 2018 Bobbie has been dedicated to Banking and Finance for over 30 years in Montgomery County, Maryland. Bobbie has experience in building relationships in both business and retail. Her passion is helping and serving her clients , providing solutions and making the right recommendations. Bobbie studied at Ventura College in California before moving to Montgomery County and beginning her career in banking , spending most of her career with Suntrust Bank and more recently coming to Congressional from M&T Bank .

Dinesh Gosain

Dinesh joined the bank in 2011. He has over 8 years of experience as a banker. Prior to Congressional Bank, Dinesh was a banker at Wachovia Bank and Wells Fargo Bank where he grew business through the acquisition, expansion, and retention of customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service. Dinesh graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associate Degree in Computer Science, and has lived and worked in Northern Virginia for over 35 years.

Charles Shipp

Charles joined Congressional Bank in 2019. He started his banking career at PNC in 2007 as a teller and in five years worked his way to Branch Manager. He has also worked for Capital One Bank and Old Line Bank, now WesBankco. He also has experience in accounting. His leadership and organizational skills help him serve his clients and the banking needs of the community. Charles loves to help people and make their daily lives easier. Charles graduated from University of Maryland, College Park with a Neurophysiology degree in 2003. He graduated from University of Maryland, College Park with a Finance and Economics degree in 2019.

Ida joined the bank in July 2018. Ida has been in banking industry for over 13 years mostly in the Bethesda, Maryland community. Ida has worked with a variety of small business and personal banking clients. She enjoys delivering speedy and efficient service and offering solutions to meet clients’ daily financial needs. Ida studied Business Management at University of Maryland University College.

Susan Edwards

Susan joined Congressional Bank through the merger with American Bank in 2016. She worked for American Bank as the Regional Manager overseeing the Metro DC retail branch locations since 2010. Susan’s career began in New York City and she has over 30 of experience in the financial industry working for various small to large commercial banks as well as Savings and Loan institutions. Susan participates on the employee engagement and philanthropy committees for the bank and loves volunteering and helping in the community. Susan graduated from Kingsborough Community College with an Associates of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Psychology.
