What does OOBA stand for?
Out-of-band authentication, or “OOBA” as it is commonly known, is an authentication process used to establish secure communication channels. OOBA requires a secondary method of verification in order for you to log in. A temporary authentication code will be sent to your mobile device or device of record (for the account holder). To complete the login process, this temporary authentication code must then be entered into Congressional Bank’s online banking application before you can be granted access.
